I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process did take a while. However I felt that they very thoroughly asked questions to try and find out who I was as a person what I was looking for and what they were looking for. Although the process took over a couple weeks they were very quick to follow up after each interview on whether or not they wanted to move along. The interview process may take a while but the restaurant group itself is very professional and helpful.
