I submitted my resume and a few days later was offered an interview. The interview was about a half-hour long and consisted of pretty standard behavioral interview questions. The key, I think, is to show a passion and commitment to a CAREER in restaurant management. The recruiter was very pleasant and didn't make me feel at all nervous. Have good, detailed, thoughtful answers for questions about where you see yourself in 5 years, how you deal with criticism, and how you deal with pressure.
