I applied online. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group in Mar 2015
Interview
Asked detailed questions and definitely did as much homework on me as I did on them. The interview was tough but exactly what I expected. Although I didn't get the job, the HR manager that interviewed me demonstrated a willingness to give me a shot and regardless of whether I got the offer or not left an impression about the interview process and who the manager at the office. I was comfortable and would definitely recommend Hillstone. Definitely come prepared! I was and it was still a tough interview.
