You are left waiting for almost an hour before anyone meets with you. You are interviewed by Mangers in Training. As you move through the steps and meet with numerous managers you are then asked to interview with someone via webcam, but that person is only another general manager at another location out of state. You never speak with or interview with actual corporate.

You have to go through two interviews, sometimes three. One with the GM and then one with the CFO/CEO of Hillstone via zoom. If they don’t offer you the job on the first interview you didn’t get hired. They always say they will call you back but they won’t.
