Although I enjoyed the interviews themselves, I was not pleased with their punctuality. I found myself waiting 15/30 minutes after the scheduled time for someone to get on the phone with me.

I cautiously applied online looking for more information after reading some negative reviews of the job description. I was interested but wanted much more information than what was given because of all the negative things surrounding the company online. After I applied, I received an email within two hours from someone in HR asking if I would set up a time for a phone interview with them. I selected a time through the email, and even followed up later to confirm the time. Unfortunately, once the time came I never received a call. I called the number she provided in the email and got a voicemail, where I left my name and number and politely mentioned that we set up this specific time for an interview. She called me back 45 minutes late and seemed to rush through the interview. I could clearly tell she was reading predetermined basic interview questions off the screen in front of her, and when I answered them, I received no feedback - just silence until she quickly moved on to the next question. When she asked me if I had any questions, I asked a few but received short, ill-defined answers where it seemed she was trying not to give too much information away. The entire phone call lasted under ten minutes, which upset me a little considering I waited 45 minutes after our scheduled time just to talk about the job position. Overall, it seemed like it was done in a sloppy and unprofessional manner. To me, job interviews are about both parties presenting themselves honestly and professionally to see if it's a good match. This felt more like things were being hidden and made me wonder what else would happen if we continued on with the process. I wouldn't recommend.

The interview process was incredible. The recruiter that I spoke with was quite nice and very informative with regard to every question I had. It was obvious that she was very passionate about what she did and it reflected in the video and phone interviews.
