you will have to do several interviews, maybe three or more.you have to memorize lots of irrelevant things like pictures in the restaurant, material they are made of, who painted them, then you have to take like four written tests.If they hire you, the training starts, but most smart people will feel so wasted by the process, so much time and energy and mental resources for an mere entry level job.
