I responded to a Craigslist posting for a Server position at the North Miami Beach location. The first interview is on the spot. If the first manager likes you then you will be asked back for a second interview. If you pass you will then get a Wonderlic IQ Test and a personality test. If you pass these tests and the background check you get to interview with GM.

There are 3 rounds of interviews, each 10-15 mins. The first interview was a phone call. The last 2 are through Zoom. They will be examining your personality while answering questions.

How would you describe what customer service means to you?
3 round interview, one phone call two zooms. Last with someone in corporate. Interviewers were kind and asked about five questions each. Each interview lasts around 10 minutes. It seemed interviewers were looking for personality rather than experience.
