I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group in Mar 2012
Interview
I met a Hillstone recruiter at a career fair on my university campus. I talked to him about the manager training program at the event, then emailed him an application for the position later that week. We scheduled a Skype interview, which ended up lasting about 30 minutes. He asked me general questions about my background and qualifications, and asked a lot about my intended career trajectory. He was very kind and polite.

Question 1
Unfortunately, my background didn't really line up with the position. The hardest part came when he asked me about why I'd picked my major of Classics. I just wasn't fully prepared to defend my academic choice in light of my proposed employment.
