I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group in Jun 2010
Interview
I showed up at the restaurant one random Tuesday afternoon and asked to speak with a manager to apply. The hostess gave me an application to fill out, which I did at one of the empty tables. When I finished filling out the application, a manager sat down and interviewed me on the spot. Nothing too detailed, just basic questions about where I work now and why do I want to work there. At the end of the interview she said she would review my information and they may call me within a week.
