Tell me about a time you used creativity to solve a problem
horrible culture and experience of leading people on......The interview process felt unnecessarily drawn out and somewhat unclear. There was a strong emphasis on “energy,” appearance, personality fit, and being extremely specific in answers, but not as much transparency about day-to-day realities, work-life balance, long-term growth, or what success actually looks like in the role.

It was a very long process and they make you serve tables and not keep any tips. Cannot leave before 11-12 hours working and chef will speak to you aggressively
