Super corporate. They gave you an incredibly offensive personality test with questions about your personal life.
"How many friends do you have of a different race?"will be reporting them.
You can't be an introvert on your days off apparently.

They were definitely interested in getting to know you as a person. Kind staff who wants sincere long haulers on board. People in management have been with the company for a while and really care.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group (Memphis, TN) in May 2017
Interview
Worst interview ever! The person interviewing me was very rude and abrasive. I'm glad that I did not end up working there. I would not want to waste my time.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group
Interview
Very rigid. 3 different and was nearly promised a job but since an owner's son who I had a skype interview with didn't think I fit the job apparently I was not hired. It's nice employees higher in the company try to get a hands on experience in the interview process but at the same time they do not know who fits best at their location.
