Difficult to receive an entry level position, in my experience. I interviewed with 3 managers in person. Following day, I interviewed with the regional manager over a zoom call. Needless to say, I did not get the job. some questions I was asked include, tell me about yourself, Describe hospitality in your own words, tell me about a time you accommodated a customer. Why do you want to work for the company. I very well may have been judged for some of my responses. Be careful how you word your response.

How would you describe what customer service means to you?
3 round interview, one phone call two zooms. Last with someone in corporate. Interviewers were kind and asked about five questions each. Each interview lasts around 10 minutes. It seemed interviewers were looking for personality rather than experience.
