Interview
Hillstone does mass interviews and hirings. They’ll email you a generic email to come in a specific time range on a specific day and you’ll be placed with all other candidates while you wait to get interviewed. They first do a basic interview and then follow up immediately with the hiring manager if they like you. If they like you from there, you’ll be asked to come back to see the general manager and then sent on to a final interview with an executive a few days later. Over all you do 4 interviews before finding out if you got the job. They also do a hard back ground check.
