Interview
Odd interview. There were multiple people interviewing before me for the position, and the interviewer seemed like he wanted to rush through each of us. My interview lasted maybe 3 minutes and was pretty straightforward. Bring a resume.

Interview
(Easy part) - I applied online; within a few hours I got an email to schedule an interview. I set the date and arrived 15 minutes early the day of then waited for about 10-15 minutes to speak with a manager. Very generic questions (describe yourself?..Why hillstone group?..etc.) very short interview about 3 minutes max which incredibly sucks because you didn't get to know a single thing about me.

Interview
It wasn't bad, the atmosphere of the restaurant was certainly a bit more formal than I'm used to, with the receptionist behind the tall desk and the business attire of both the staff and the clientele. I was asked to wait for a few minutes at one of the standing tables, where I feel like the anxiety and sense of feeling out of place really started to sink in. When I finally was greeted by my interviewer and invited to a seat to have the interview I was pretty frazzled, but I can't really put the blame for that on the owners of the establishment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were pretty casual, they asked obviously why I wanted the job, and what I was like as a person.
