I was the quickest and oddest interview of my life. When I arrived there were already three other people waiting and I was only 5 minutes early. I then was given an application from the host and asked to fill it out. During that time, another 4 people showed up. I thought that was odd because the interviews were staggered an hour apart. After waiting 45 minutes a lady manger came to speak with me. She was rapidly firing out questions, but the whole thing lasted 2 minutes. She then said "I like you. I'm going to give you a test.". The hostess came back with a workbook and an answer sheet and told me to complete the test. It was like a scantron from school, but with a scale of 1-5 for agree/ don't agree. I filled it out and gave it back to the host. She said she would grade it and get back to me. Like 2 minutes later the lady manager came back and said they'll look over it and if they're interested give me a call.

This was one of the most bizarre interview processes I have ever been on. Was given a very detailed interview form, asking all kinds of questions ranging from my g.p.a to my current house hold income. First interview went well. Had to wait 30 minutes before the interviewer was ready to see me. Also was given a bizarre personal information form to fill out (as aforementioned in process box above) Was asked to come back for a second interview, which was literally 30 seconds long, by a very frigid constipated looking woman. And I was told I would be notified in 24 hours if I had passed on to the "third interview". Never got a phone call back, very bizarre experience.
