Apply and got a call within 24 hours; set up the first video chat with recruiter and then add another one with a manager. I was invited to NYC for a working interview where you took the Wonderlic test first and then worked in assigned role until your interview time. Interviewed with an HR manager and when restaurant opens, shadow current workers. As an intern that was all I had to do, got an offer and accept it.
