3 interviews: first with a Manager, 2nd with General Manager and 3rd was a Zoom call. Very welcoming, emphasis on how you present yourself. First interview consisted of basic questions/getting to know the candidate, 2nd was much shorter and the third was more in depth (strength and weakness question, Hillstone value specific questions).
