The interview was fairly short. I feel like they were trying to get you out of there as fast as possible, it was multiple candidates who came to the interview and the person who conducted the interview tried to do it as fast as possible. We was not even called into an office we sat inside of the restaurant which was extremely loud, which I don’t think is a good place to get to know a candidate. And by the looks of it, it seems like you need to have certain type of look to work there, that’s just my observation, iykyk. All of the ladies look pretty similar with the hair outfit and same color lipstick, on the other hand the kitchen staff was a bit more diverse than the front house staff. I think you have to fit a certain criteria/demographic to work in the front.
