l had two interviews. The first one was pretty standard, asking about my previous experience and why I wanted to work at hillstone. But they had me talk to two different people at two different times and they both asked the same questions. Then I came in to meet with the GM and he was kind of dismissive and was on his phone while I was talking answering his questions then they ghosted me

How do you see this position relating to retail (I had experience in retail)
It will be 3 interviews in person and 4th with be with Zoom with higher up. If you don’t make it past one interview, you didn’t get the job. If you don’t get past the 4th interview, then you are unhirable at all locations

Interview was given after online application was selected for further review. Short 5 minute open call during business hours. Very brief and cordial, with an obviously extremely large and extensive applicant pool. Nothing negative to say about the experience

I waited for about ten minutes to speak with the hiring manager, and she took me to a booth to speak. The interview only lasted about five minutes, and she had already looked over my resume beforehand.

They asked about why I wanted to work in hospitality, if I had experience in the food service industry, what my goals and objectives in life were, how I heard/knew about the restaurant, and they asked me if I had any questions
