Interview on spot Monday - Friday between the hours of 3pm - 4pm. They will ask you Why Houston's? Why this position? What does your schedule look like? I think they really just want to get a feel of the type of person you are. Can you speak clearly and carry on conversation. Do you smile? Seem outgoing or not.
