Hillstone Restaurant Group Server/Waiter interview questions

Met with a manager, took 2 standardized tests, they asked a lot of basic common sense questions. You have to be able to relay your ability to work well with difficult guests. You also have to show an ability to pay specific attention to details.

Interviewed with them, and they mentioned they would call and never did. One of my friends mentioned to me they were doing open interviews and decided I should apply. Did not get the job. May have to do with me not having any work experience, but overall the interview process was fairly easy and the staff was very nice and polite.
