Behavioral interview. HR manager drilled me on my experiences. Ask questions such as: describe your strengths as a manager, explain your biggest weakness, tell me about a time when you had convince somebody to do something, what type of manager are you.. They also really care if you ate at one of their restaurants or not.

I initially met the recruiter at a recruiting event. We then scheduled a one on one interview at a restaurant, which mostly consisted of just background questions. Mostly asking why I was interested in the hospitality industry. The last round was a half day at two restaurants. Helped in the kitchen and got pulled out periodically to interview with all the recruiters (there were 4). Each of them had a very different interview style. One of the recruiters was confrontational and acerbic, the other three were pleasant and asked very general questions. At the end there was a 12 min. standardized test. It consisted of simple math and word analogies.
