Hillstone Restaurant Group Server interview questions

Very short and rushed, a total waste of time. I sat in a line with about 5 other candidates while we waited 20 minutes for the manager to acknowledge us. He spent less than two minutes with myself and the two people before me. Why waste my time?

The interview that is most important is the zoom interview with corporate. There has been plenty of times when a restaurant is short staffed, but the interviewer on zoom denies a candidate. make sure you log in early, have hair tied up, wear make up ( red lip stick) and have interview attire on. And make sure you smile!!!!
