I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (Woodbridge, ON) in Jun 2013
Interview
I brought my resume to the front desk at the location. They told me they weren't really hiring so I didn't hear back right away. I got a phone call to go in for an interview. I interviewed with the Banquet Manager. He was quite nice and the interview was pretty laid-back. I was coming from another banquet serving position that I had been at for a while. He called me a few days later and asked me to go back in. I got offered the job and I took it.
