Interview
Early this week I received a phone call from a recruiting manager which basically turned into a phone screening. I did well, despite being caught off guard, usually things like phone screenings are scheduled. At the end of the call I'm offered a second in person interview and its scheduled for 2 days later. During the actual interview questions asking me to describe a time where I've had to deal with certain scenarios, I was told before hand that using the STAR method for specific examples. They also asked me about my personal and professional goals, and general 'about me' questions. Overall it was very straight forward and I felt very prepared. I was told I'll hear from the recruiting manager in a couple of days with a final response.

I want to say I have worked for this company two times before.
I am pleased to say that I was hired for the position
The interview process was not bad at all some things have changed however. Like you have to wait to know if you have been hired or not a day after you interview. It used to be years ago you would know immediately before you leave corporate office building.

Third party company takes care of it. You record yourself answering 5 questions. You have to make sure you remind them of your application or they will forget! Much rather have in-person or at least zoom calls. They had several “rounds” but at least in my experience, I was referred so your experience may vary.
