I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
your normal interview. Why do you want to work here. What makes you qualified? Seemed very relaxed. just sat in a small room with two chairs like from starbucks. Lady was super nice but I did get the feeling she does like 45 of these a day. Was short and sweet.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
I was interviewed in Las Vegas and the process went very smooth. The gentleman who interviewed me was very helpful in explaining what the job was and what was expected from me. It is a performance based job so if you don't hit your quota you do get let go, but if that is your thing and you can thrive under the pressure then it would be a good job for any salesman out there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations in Jun 2016
Interview
After I applied, the process went very fast. I had a phone interview where they asked me a few questions pertaining to sales. After the phone interview I waited a few days and was asked to come in for a face to face interview. If you're confident and have great speaking/ communication skills, the face to face will be a breeze. I was offered to job on the spot contingent upon a background check.
