I was first contacted by a talent acquisition person and scheduled my first interview with the hiring manager and supervisor. My second interview was with the front desk manager. They all were nice and welcoming. The first interview was more intense and thorough of my background. The second interview was more relaxed and personal.

Intimidating but very fair. I had no prior front desk experience, but the were open minded and I convinced them that I would be able to adapt so they took a chance on me and I exceeded their expectations.
