Pretty standard. Started with questions about myself, then on to questions about how I would be able to handle the specific role. How I would feel about typical working schedule and conditions, etc. By the end of the interview I was being told what I WOULD BE doing as if it was going well and I would likely be hired. Final portion was about 30 minutes of role play, working along a current associate/marketing exec. and capturing the attention of lobby-goers to demonstrate rapport-building skills and allow manager to determine personality and other relevant traits.
