I had a phone screening for a senior level management position in corporate that had high visibility because of the nature of the department and the direct impact on P/L. After being told to contact them in a week if nothing was heard, I of course called and also sent an email within two weeks of the initial screening after nothing was received from them, but nothing. I would have thought because of the position they would have be more professional with the process, but apparently not. Sad...
