2 1/2 month long interview Process. I was out of state, so I knew going into it I may have been at a disadvantage. First was the recorded digital interview, followed by a phone screen. After the phone screen, I had a phone interview with the two hiring managers. Then I was offered a flight to come fly in and interview with the hiring team. It was a 3 hour long interview with the hiring team and honestly I loved the leadership team. I felt very good about the interview on my flight back but after 3 weeks of silence, I was told that I did not get the job. I have been trying to get into this company for a long time ago and I won't give up because I LOVE the vision that HGV has.
