The recruiter was pleasant but over-sold the position. The position was presented as a sales position for an elegant company in an elegant environment when in fact it was a typical call center with people walking around in pajamas in a packed room with hip hop blasting and managers screaming "encouragement." It was off putting for the salespeople as well as the customers who wondered why there was such a racket.

Applied online and the very next day someone called and we had a phone screening interview. It lasted about 5 minutes and we set up a one on one interview for later in the week. The in person interview took about 10 minutes and I was offered a job. I had to wait about a week for the background check to clear and set up my training schedule.
