Unprofessional interview process. Unbeknownst to me they sent a hirevue invite after the role was already filled. I spent a few hours preparing for and completing the virtual interview. Didn't hear anything back. 3 days later I emailed the address I was giving after the virtual interview kindly asking for an update. Crickets. Not a good look. If this is a reflection on how the company operates internally then I'm glad nothing came from it.
