The interview is a very long process. They include several people from upper management and directors to observe you, and ask questions. Some of the observations / concerns are not even valid for the position. It could be considered humiliating for some candidates. They put you in a position where you would not want to be as an employee.

They want you to make a thirty-minute interview video. This one-sided approach indicates that they believe their time is more valuable than your time. They believe that hiring is one-sided. I withdrew my name from consideration.
