The interview process consisted of being asked the basic questions such as how comfortable you are with starting conversations and selling vacation packages? They want to test you to see if you are able to stop people and want to know that you have a thick skin.

The interview was over the phone, and the interview short and sweet, it was only around 20 minutes. The interviewer called exactly at the scheduled time, which was confirmed through email.
The questions which were asked were regular interview questions... questions like - "Tell me how you did you find out about this job position? What makes you a good fit for this job? Tell me what you did at your previous job? Why did you leave your previous job?"
Throughout the interview process the interviewer paused after I answered each question, as she was taking notes of my answers. The interviewer also gave a good explanation of the job position and its specific duties.

I believe the most difficult or unexpected question was given after the interviewer thoroughly explained the job position, I was asked, "Why would I be a good fit for the position?"
