Interview
The process started off with a recruiter call--she was very nice. Then on June 8, I had my call with the hiring manager. I was quickly scheduled to speak with the director on June 10. Then it was radio silence for about a month. I had to follow up a couple of times before finally getting a call from the recruiter that they went with another candidate. The reason why was that they brought skills like previous hospitality experience and leadership.
