Pretty straightforward. First conversation was phone call with recruiter, second conversation was phone call with future boss, and third conversations took place onsite with back-to-back meetings with diverse members of the Hilton UX team. Everyone asked reasonable questions and sufficient time was set aside for me to reverse the interview. Great folks!
