Interview
Welcoming atmosphere, straightforward questions, very transparent with the requirement needs of the employee. Overall I would say the interview was more of a conversation between to adults with the intention of figuring out how best can I be incorporated into the organization.

The interview process was smooth. Everybody welcomed us with open arms and we got free breakfast and lunch so that was a bonus. They also taught us about Hilton and what they stand for what they represent in the culture that they bring.
