I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hilton (McLean, VA) in May 2023
Interview
Meet with HR/Hiring Manager/ two others. Nothing too hard. The team was pretty inexperienced for such a big brand. Comp is low for the desired skills and experience they are looking for.
Overall professional, but long. Ultimately they changed the job description so after many months it was moot. Disappointing but at least they didn't ghost. They had an initial screening then case study and 1 hour interview.

Standard. Exec recruiter hr screen. Hiring manager. Their leader. Peer panels. All standard questions and duration. Overall process went well. I did not accept as I was unable to guarantee the compensation I required and they wanted relocation.
