I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hilton (Huber Heights, OH) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process began with submitting my application and resume, followed by a phone screening. I was then invited for an in-person interview where I answered questions about my experience, communication skills, and ability to handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting guests, answering phones, and managing appointments. The interviewer also assessed my professionalism and how I’d handle high-pressure situations. After the interview, I was contacted for a reference check before being offered the position. The entire process helped determine if I was the right fit to represent the company as the first point of contact
Other Front Desk Receptionist Interview Reviews for Hilton
It was simple and easy. I had 2 interviews and they both went extremely well. I was told to wait for an email in 2-3 days. It took 2 weeks and me emailing multiple times to reach back out. I received an email later that they filled the position with someone else who was certified in their system. They never mentioned needing certifications in the system they used at all which was a bit upsetting considering both managers were very positive about the interview. Nonetheless it was an easy interview, they ask about experiences and scenario questions. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication with HR and management so perhaps it is a blessing in disguise.
