Hirose Electric interview questions

started with self introduction. fews questions on what did you learn in japan and stress management. question about jobscope. you need to know what are your position about.for japanese speaker they will ask question in japanese too. manager seems friendly but quite strict.

This was a phone interview. Interviewer was insisting that i tell what I am willing to accept as compensation otherwise interview process would not move further, when I asked for a range, Interview said they do not provide a range because if they do, then I would ask for the highest number. (huge red flag for me). I tried to ask some questions about the job and training process but Interviewer did not have answers and said they would prefer to hit the ground running without training. (another red flag). At this point I just told the interviewer thank you for the call and wished them luck in their pursuit for a candidate.
