I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hitachi (Oslo) in Apr 2024
Interview
Standard, first hiring manager and walking through CV and then a personality test. It was a face to face meeting for the first round with option for Teams. Second session also the same.
Multiple Teams meetings with the different levels of management located all over the country, then on-site. Straightforward, solid process albeit a bit slow (I would estimate 6 weeks from interview start to offer).

Question 1
Examples of managing stressful projects or dealing with aggressive clients.
The interview process was efficient and straightforward. The HR manager explained the requirement very thoroughly. However, I didn't receive a second interview, as they didn't allow work to be done remotely and required travel.
