It was a two phases procedure. In the first interview, the recruitment responsible from Italy attented via teleconference. Also attended, the local HR responsible of the branch and the branch manager. On the second interview, me and other 2 candidates were asked to write a skill test regarding the job position. The project engineer attended at the beginning for clarification. After completing, the results were sealed to ensure a fair review. Best experience ever!
