Approached via LinkedIn by Company Recruiter, set up first phone call. At first explained about myself, then continued on with the recruiter explaining conditions, salary, etc. Sent my resumé afterwards and was contacted about a proper interview 4 hours later. Confirmed the interview with HR and Manager, which took place 2 weeks later. Interview took about an hour, the last 10 min without HR, where I could ask more in-depth questions about the job. The manager already confirmed the he'd offer me the job and that HR will officially confirm this later. Got the confirmation 2h later, and HR set up another call for explaining all the salary components. Another less formal interview was set up at the company headquarters, to meet in person. Travel to and from there was paid for by the company.
