Contractor set me up with a phone screen, had to talk about some school projects I did. Went to an onsite, thought the spread of interviewers was actually kind of nice. One dev focused, one test focused, and one product-design focused. Got the offer, told them I had to decline b/c I'd already accepted something else, and they were willing to sweeten the deal enough for me to change offers.
