Had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was astounded by the lack of professionalism. I got call for interview via employee referral, the director told me that they are rushing for candidate and wanted to close the opening in next 2 working days. The director is the one who referred me. I believed him and sent my resume for processing...i got call for interview very next day. 2 rounds of interview done and it was assured to me that i will get call from HR for further processing. HR called me on next day and asked me for payslip of existing company without discussing salary expectation. Next day he called me and discussed expected salary with him, i told him my expectation in which i demanded same profile as existing he told he will take required approval and get back to me. He took 2 days time and come back to me with all approval and said we are good to go and he will release offer letter same day itself. But he never did that. when i send mail to him asking for update he informed me that he couldn't meet my expectation so not rolling offer and he has other candidate profile to process. What the hell was that....if they don't have budget why they are approaching job seekers. I got to know that the director has approached the same way to many people from my existing company but hold down all offers. some he selected and given offer whom he knows personally. What a biased person he is. My humble requests to all budding candidates who are searching jobs in IOT, BigData , microservices, Angular JS etc profiles . Do not believe them they are cheaters .There are hell lot of companies in Bangalore for the aforesaid profile. Don't waste your time.
