The first interview was by phone where they tried to have an impression about you, and assess what you know about the company. The second interview was with one person from HR and another one from the technical team, where you talked about myself, what languages I know, but mainly to see what you know about different technologies and agile methodologies, no technical parts. The third interview was about how would you act in certain situations, and how you solved a problem when you worked in a team project, again no technical questions. I did not received an offer, I asked for feedback, to know where I could improve, but I was told that there were other people that suited the company better. About a month after I was told this, I found on linkedin the same recruiter posting the same position for the company and others that had been advertised previously. They say that the balance between work and life is good, start working at 9 am and end 6:30 pm.
