Hive Marketing interview questions

I applied through online was set up a phone interview. It was clear the interviewer had not looked at my resume. I did, however, think the interview went well. I never heard from them again, despite sending several follow-up emails to clarify. Based on this alone, I would not expect much from this organization. It's extremely disrespectful to ghost an applicant.
