Interview
Very basic questions, only took about 30 minutes. Applied in person, nothing is done online with hobby lobby. Received a call the very same day from the store manager and went in for the interview at 10:00 the next morning. Manager interviewed me after finishing with another applicant and only took about 30 minutes. Had to take a math test at the end, no calculators allowed, pretty basic math. Hired on the spot after interview showed up to work next day.

Walk in the front door of the store, tell the CSM (red lanyard) that you're there for an interview. Wait at the front for a few minutes, the store manager will come to greet you. Very friendly and understanding, basic general questions regarding job priorities.
