The interview included a basic math test - percents, decimals, the type of things necessary when working with money. It's not hard and a calculator is available if wanted.
The interview is usually with the store manager. It was both formal and informal. I only had one interview and was hired on the spot. Some people had specific interests when interviewing and told the manager where they wanted to br placed.
