I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Killeen, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I got a phone call and they told me come in for a assessment. The assessment was about math, which I completed quite easily. There was no time limit and the math questions dealt with basic arithmetic and percents. I was contacted days later for the interview which went quite well and I'm hoping they get back to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.
It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
